Terms of Service

1. Introduction

1.1. The website www.4dev.cc provides various AI tools. These terms of use apply to all users of the platform www.4dev.cc (hereinafter referred to as: users).

2. Usage Rights

2.1. Users may only use the www.4dev.cc platform for non-commercial purposes. This means that all results of the platform (hereinafter referred to as: platform) may only be used privately. Use for (direct or indirect) commercial purposes is prohibited.

2.2. The operator (1bit.ai) has the right to restrict the use of the platform or block users without giving reasons.

2.3. By agreeing, users agree that the operator (1bit.ai) may store users' IP addresses to verify widespread use of the platform.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1. Users undertake to avoid any behavior that endangers the function or operation of the software. In particular, users are prohibited from any behavior that scans or tests software weaknesses, bypasses security systems or accesses software systems or integrates malicious software into the software.

3.2. Users guarantee that they have all necessary rights to process uploaded photos (such as copyright, neighboring rights, industrial property rights, trademark rights).

4. Warranty and Liability

4.1. Any warranty for software results and their availability is excluded. If warranty claims still exist, the warranty period is six months.

4.2. The operator (1bit.ai) is not liable for the speed, availability, data loss or correctness of results of the software. Furthermore, the liability of the operator (1bit.ai) is excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence. This does not apply to cases of loss of life or health damage.

4.3. The liability of the operator (1bit.ai) is limited to 100.00 euros in any case.
